In Roanoke, Norfolk and Western Railway and railroad clerks plan renewed talks in Richmond today, without chief negotiators. Clerks walked out July 10 over job security, with sessions suspended July 28 after six days of talks. Some strikers reportedly received calls to return to work as union benefits were expanded.
