Bellevue topped Norwalk 39 to 13 in eight joint track events at Whitney Field. Norwalk's Mario Ramos and Kevin Dailey had wins for their school. Bellevue's Jim Crown and Mark Carter led multiple events as 35 students competed in the first such meet, part of a county-wide Work Study program with future Special Olympics plans.
