Johns Hopkins scientists Dr. William Plummer and Dr. John Strong say Venus may host life as we know it with large areas offering comfortable temperatures for humans. The claim portrays Venus as a possible abode for life beyond Earth.
Columbus reports Highway Patrol Supt Robert Chiaramonte praised the Patrol Auxiliary as over 500 members completed their annual two day conference. The auxiliaries provide about 200000 unpaid hours in routine and emergency duties alongside regular patrolmen.
A Spanish high wire artist suffered minor injuries in a 30 foot fall during a Shrine Circus performance. He attempted a forward somersault to end his seven minute act but missed the wire and plunged to the concrete floor.
