Milan chase hits 100 mph ends with stop by deputy
A Milan motorcyclist sped up to 100 mph as officers from Milan, Norwalk, and Huron County pursued him Friday night. Timothy C. Sparks, 23, of River Road Milan, was cited at 7 12 p.m. for speed and willful fleeing. He is due in Milan Mayor s Court April 24.
