Raymond Stogner a 25 year old former Salvation Army employee in Norwalk was arrested in San Antonio on a warrant for forging a check. A 17 year old Norwalk youth accompanying him is a runaway and not charged. Extradition to Norwalk was approved. The arrest followed police teletypes and a Friday warrant.
