County To Put Fence Around New Landfill
Huron County commissioners, with sanitary engineer Richard Mutz and landfill supervisor John Staples, discussed erecting a cyclone fence around the new dump to curb debris drift. They considered a two week study on out of county trash and noted most waste appears from county residents despite drainages of liquid sewage. The meeting produced no action.

Owens announced Appellate Judge Clifford Brown of Norwalk will kick off his bid for Ohio Supreme Court justice at Plum Brook Country Club Sandusky tonight from 9 30 to 7.
