Ohio Edison Bay Division manager Tony Gorant said nearly all city residential customers will see higher light bills under Edison. He cited current Norwalk rates as unrealistically low before 1971, with typical residential bills rising from about $6.50 to $7.70 for 200 KWH and $10 to $12.88 for 400 KWH, while a Reflector executive using 880 KWH would face $19.99 to $21.39 depending on load factors and fuel costs.
