FT Counted Out For Mental Health Clinic

Huron County Mental Health board member William W. Owens told 648 trustees that no action followed a proposal from Psychiatric Institutes of America of Washington DC to manage county mental health services. Owens blamed hospital publicity for damaging relations and said the trustees showed no response after Martin did not attend.
