Machey gives the keynote. Special honors include the Father Crevier medal to Kass and Mothers Club and Fathers Club awards to Burnette. St Mel High School held commencements for 191 graduates with Bishop-elect Michael J. Dempsey as guest speaker. top awards went to Ronald Smith, Anthony Bowden, and Arthur Turner.

Cites Urge Junior Colleges to Train Traffic Safety Personnel
