Clermont County marijuana bust nets ten pounds seized
Silverton Police confiscated about ten pounds of dried marijuana from a Plainfield Rd. apartment in Clermont County along with pipes and pills. Patrolman Ed Mueller arrested Joann Crawford, 19, and Richard J. Hughes, 20, after smelling marijuana. Police say the pair planned to sell the marijuana grown on land owned by the federal government.
