Wanda Creager 52 of 11 Yorktown Dr Sharonville died before 4 a m Tuesday when her east bound car left the road, plunged down an embankment and struck a Ridge Road abutment. Amberley police investigating and awaiting coroner report believe a heart attack may have caused the crash. Her foot was on the accelerator and she was carrying glycerin tablets.
