Sycamore plans $6 000 000 budget for 1974 high school
Budget up six hundred thousand dollars funds a five million dollar operating plan for 1974. ITH youths attempt recycling venture ends in loss
Two Indian Hill teens Nick Strauss and Jon Sherrill tried a for profit Resource Recovery Syetonie to collect glass and metal. They sold 21 three month contracts but could not get enough payment from industries. Glass and metal were taken to Cincinnati for free. One month of collecting remains before exit. Strauss plans to inform legislators about non profitable recycling centers and public support. Sherrill will return to UC in the fall as a pre medical student.
