Football team travels for scout school and season opener
Coach Neville leads the squad to Cozad for the season opener with a listed lineup including McWilliams and Shaner. Separately, funeral services were held for William Depuy, and the Sioux Lookout flour brand was introduced by Nebraska Mill and Elevator. Early Lincoln County settler Mrs Dillion passes away
Mrs Issac Dillion died this morning at her daughter Mrs J W Walker’s home after several weeks illness. She came to North Platte forty five years ago and helped shape the community. Her husband died in 1910 and son Sidney in 1918. She was active in the Presbyterian church and known by many older residents, with no funeral arrangements announced.
