Hoboes hold Rests and rules at Clifford reunion in 1920s
The National Hobo reunion at Clifford gathers diverse hoboes from all walks of life. Officers are reelected, games include long distance snoozing and handout contests, and a parade draws local crowds. Slothful Sam proposes rules but they are rejected as punishing. The report blends humor with vivid character names and park venue details.
