Pargeon Arrested on Bootlegging Charge Saturday
Frank Pargeon a bricklayer and city resident was arrested Saturday evening by Officer Bybee for peddling liquor. Four pint bottles were found in his pockets as he attempted to sell to out of town men. He pleaded not guilty at a court appearance and awaits a preliminary hearing in a day or two. The 1916 graduation note appears at the end.
