Cadets Choose Curtis Lake Site For Encampment Visit
Commandant Redenbaugh and Curtis high school cadets visited Curtis Saturday to select a camp site for the cadets in June. They chose Curtis Lake and city residents offered a hearty welcome and will meet the cadets halfway between North Platte and Curtis to transport them. The battalion departs Thursday May 31 and will stay at least a week.

Lincoln County Defense Council Organized at Episcopal Church
