Bids to be opened this afternoon for paving project

Sidney License Fight Under Mandamus Action

Carlisle sentenced to life for Union Pacific train robbery
William L. Carlisle received a life prison term in the district court after a jury found him guilty of robbing a Union Pacific passenger train near Corlett Junction on April 4. Carlisle will be sent to the Rawlins penitentiary with plans to appeal.

Green to Double Pool Hall Capacity in City
