Platte Valley Irrigation District approves tax for dam and improvements

Land owners vote twenty to ten to authorize a $25 000 levy to fund a new dam decil gate drops checks and other improvements. Work planned for next fall to upgrade the ditch to a top condition.

North Platte High School Night at Keith Theatre

The North Platte high school will stage its Annual High School Night at the Keith Theatre on Saturday May 11. The event features a military drill from the Cadets, physical culture display, mock debate, orchestra, glee club, one act drama and farces. Admission is 25 cents with seats reserved through Mr Stamp at the box office.
