Buick Dominates Hill Climb Over Ford At Experimental Farm
Local Ford agents were waterlogged yesterday as a Buick outpaced a Ford on a hill climb at the Experimental Farm. The Buick carried passengers while the Ford failed with the driver only. Carpenter and Hendy tried smaller models but overheating and water boiling ruined attempts. The Buick from Davis garage finished ahead, leaving Hendy’s roadster trailing.
