Mutual Building and Loan annual meeting notes election
The Mutual Building and Loan Association held its annual meeting in the association building with low stockholder turnout. Eight thousand eight hundred seventy nine shares were eligible. less than 500 were cast for four directors. Incumbents Ira L. Bare W. W. Cumming M. J. Forbes elected for three years and Frank Duchanan for two. Officers reappointed T. C. Patterson president W. Von Goetz vice president Miss Beasie Salisbury secretary and W. H. Munger treasurer. Assets reach $1 014 028 27 with $2 475 000 in loans since organization. Loans in the past year totaled $274 000 and receipts $476 286 88.
