Elsewhere bids are invited for the Sixth and Locust lot buildings recently purchased by Standard Oil Co with removal by April 1. North Platte will become district headquarters for the Standart Co west of Lexington, with 12 to 15 men, a large new building, a service station, and expanded supply station. The investment is not less than $200,000, with millions in district business yearly. Also for sale a three room house on Walnut Street with electric lights and water, $2,100 cash.
