Kinkaider Shot In Garden County Trespass Incident
Oshkosh Bee report states William Fiesterman was fatally shot by Jack Ferguson during a trespass dispute while hauling hay on Ferguson’s land. Both men were Kinkaid homesteaders living 35 miles northeast of Oshkosh in Garden county. The wound appeared from a large caliber rifle.
