The proposal seeks to form a Home Builders' Association financed by twenty two or more men with capital stock of at least 25000 to purchase lots erect houses and sell them on installment plans. The aim is to relieve rental demand by providing 50 to 100 homes for rental purchase in North Platte for newcomers and residents unable to secure housing.
