Union Realty and Trust Co sold 1290 acres last week to E A Cary and J R Cary with Frank Cary of Ohio for 27500 dollars. The tract lies south of Hershey as part of a larger purchase by the company, about half of which worth 107000 dollars has been sold. The Cary brothers buy as a speculation.
