New Cottage Schools Planned to Ease City Crowding

City plans three new 24 by 30 foot cottage classrooms to end basements use next year. Bond limits block permanent buildings. cottages will serve until permanent schools rise. Two sites at Washington School, one at Lincoln School chosen for sanitation. shared janitor and ward supervision expected. Triple drowning of three young women near South Platte

Three girls, Misa Lila Mason 13 Brine Lindekugel 12 and Bertha Lindekugel 16, drowned in sand pits south of Hershey after the bank gave way. Laurel Mason was rescued and hospitalized while relief teams recovered the bodies. Annie Anderson and others thank friends for support.

Will Gerkins Killed in Auto Accident

Will Gerkins was killed in an automobile accident Sunday. His body was brought to the Maloney Undertaking rooms from Maywood. He was found dead under the car while en route from his home to Maywood. He was the father of Mrs. Will Lannin of this city.

Merle Inskeep Sentenced for Bigamy at State Penitentiary

Merle Inskeep was jailed Sunday by Deputy Claude Delany and will serve a sentence between one and seven years after pleading guilty to bigamy in district and county court. His second wife is listed as Mrs. Fern Wilson Tankeep. The G T FA will hold its regular meeting and initiation Friday evening.
