The County of Lincoln files petitions in Lincoln County Nebraska district court to foreclose tax liens on the southwest quarter of section 14 township 9 north range 4 west with totals varying by year and interest, and seeks sale of the premises. Defendants include Peter H Gavin and Willard T Hill and their spouses.

Amounts listed include 83.09 for 1895 6.84 for 1896 6.71 for 1897 7.54 for 1907 and 48.8 for 1908 with ten percent interest from May 1 1900. Defendants Must answer petition by August 20 1900 in Lincoln County Court.
