Man Sentenced to One to Ten Years in State Penitentiary
George A. Brown pleaded guilty to burglary before Judge Grimes in a district court chamber session Friday. He was sentenced to one to ten years. Brown burglarized North Side Hardware and C O D Cleaning, took five revolvers and four razors, with five revolvers and two razors recovered and money from the cleaners returned. He was bound over from county court on $500 bond but remained jailed awaiting the December jury term. He will be transported to Lincoln soon.
