Jim Clinton Breaks Ankle In Alley Horse Accident
Jim Clinton fractures both bones in his right ankle when his horse fell in the Clinton residence alley Tuesday evening. Dr Dent set the injury and placed the limb in a cast. Charley Reynolds was riding with him but not hurt.

Water Ditch Dispute Reaches State Board in Lincoln
J. G. Beeler returned from Lincoln after presenting a complaint to the state board of irrigation against the Tri State Irrigation Company and other western ditches. The board instructed the state secretary to grant the North Platte ditch 100 cubic feet per second, a smaller yet acceptable allocation respecting its prior rights.

Organize Sunday Schools Tour Reports Nebraska Missionary Work
Sunday school missionary W. W. Scott and Rev. Currens of Omaha visit south side schools. They held services at Miller schoolhouse June 26 organizing District 98 Box Elder canyon with C. F. Cling as superintendent and Mrs. Marry E. Kingsley as secretary. They then organized Cottonwood canyon District 120 with Mrs. Nettie Houser as superintendent and Mabel Feather as secretary. Scott, longtime North Platte missionary, has organized many schools, distributed bibles, and spoken in public schools across Nebraska.
