Roney Boys Concert Delights Keith Theatre Audience

Practically every seat at the Keith theatre was filled Tuesday evening for the Roney Boys concert. Master Vanasek on violin and Master Geiser on trombone gave fine performances. The vocal selections were strong and the audience applauded generously. The ladies' guild, hosting the event, received ninety six dollars as their share of the proceeds.

Henry Geise Bound Over On Multiple Theft Charges

Henry Geise, after a preliminary trial this week, was bound over to the district court on three counts of stealing and one count of burglary. The cattle theft counts include three head taken from Van Drasdal, one head from the same party, and two head from Platte Valley Cattle Company. Burglary involves three sacks of alfalfa seed stolen from Mrs. John McCullough’s granary. Evidence included hides from Geisel farm and recognized brands. alfalfa seed sacks were also produced. Misdemeanor cases against Geise were continued at his request.
