Petition by Broder Rierraclough seeks allowance of account and distribution decree for the estate of Ann Jane Barpa deceased. County Court of Lincoln County orders all interested to appear February 4 1916 at 9:00 AM to show cause why petition should not be granted and to publish this order in Orth Platte Tribune for three weeks prior to hearing.
Workers finished harvesting the fret cut tine ice on the U P B lake east of town this forenoon. About fifteen thousand tons were collected, roughly one third of the amount needed to fill local houses. Plans to ship ice from Gothenburg were delayed, and a second cutting may follow from the same lake.
Robert White recently arrived from Chicago to accept the pastorate of the Presbyterian church. He will be formally installed at a church meeting with out-of-town clergy conducting the advices. The choir will perform special music.
