Tony Ensible a Mexican section hand at Birdwood siding west of town was fatally shot yesterday forenoon when a riot gun in his thirteen year old son Eusibio's hands discharged. The weapon struck Ensible in the left side as he handed it to his son while they were out to replenish food. The sheriff's office was notified and Maloney undertaker transported the body to the morgue.
