Cramer plans to move soon and already has a purchaser for his current residence. Mabel Smith was fined ten dollars plus costs for street soliciting. Labor Day Celebration Planned by North Platte Labor Union
The North Platte Central Labor Union outlines a formal Labor Day program to be observed as a real holiday. Businesses will close at 10 AM and stay closed rest of the day. The union reports twenty one member organizations and about ninety percent of wage earners in North Platte belong to unions, highlighting strong local labor presence. The Tribune urges community support to ensure a day of pleasure, instruction and recreation.

Public Library notes report continually rising patron numbers and book circulation doubling from last year.
