North Platte Boy Killed In Sidney Train Accident
Enoch Matson fifteen son of Mr and Mrs E M Matson of 1218 West Second Street North Platte was killed when a west bound freight train entering Sidney yards ran over him as he stood between two cars near the stockyards. The body was mangled with both arms crushed and the chest, and remains were sent to North Platte after No 4 arrived. The incident occurred yesterday forenoon and the cause remains undetermined though he may have fallen or jumped from the moving train.

Young Man Dies of Typhoid at Hershey
The 21 year old son of Mr and Mrs J Zeigenhagen of Hershey died at home from typhoid fever after a brief illness. He had hoped to graduate from Kearney Normal this year and was described as a bright young fellow. He fell ill last week and his condition worsened rapidly.
