Elmer Mdmisten of Hershey and a Kansas City commission man are purchasing cattle in the north hills. Dick Shinkle, handling Seeberger & Co , has been indisposed due to extreme heat. Many cattle are being shipped out of the country. J W Robinson cuts the mid crop of alfalfa for hay.

King Cole bought 150 shoats from James and Manford Wile. 75 weigh 212 lbs and 75 weigh 223 lbs. Cule to feed then sell. Harvest of small grain finished. crop ahead of expectations. Corn growing fast. Bostwick and Koch large hay dealers ship extensive hay.
