Tragic case ends with brother identifying body of Henry Broer
Henry Broer a 56 year old German farmer from Hubbard Iowa hanged himself amid fear over a wayward minister. His brother Louis Broer traced the body to Norfolk and Lincoln, where the corpse was shipped for dissection. The widow and six children await burial.

In a preserved state, Henry Broer's body was found at the medical school in Lincoln yesterday morning and has reached his Hubbard, Ta home to be buried by his wife and six children. Attorney Burt Mapes returned from Lincoln with Louis Broer who accompanied the search party. The deceased man, who died by his own hand in Norfolk, had lain at the Lincoln medical college for about six weeks awaiting dissection, sparking fears of decomposition before burial.
