Community clubs hold varied home demonstration meetings

Elm Grove and Oak Hill clubs met with Mrs. McCafferty and Mrs. Gangler for lessons on fruit and poultry. The schools hosted Junior clubs, banners were renamed, and multiple clubs elected new officers. A School Poultry Show drew 27 chickens and four dozen eggs. Announcements include CP and Hunter club meetings and advisory dates for officers and leaders.

Crowder announces arrival of grandson in Oklahoma

Grandad Crowder reports the arrival of another grandson last Friday and says Mrs. J. B. Webster, his daughter, and her husband are the proudest couple in Oklahoma. Mrs. O. L. Hamm narrowly escapes gas in Guthrie home

Mrs. O. L. Hamm, known as Mrs. O. L. Tiamim, nearly suffocated from gas fumes at her Guthrie residence on Thursday while on a telephone call. A neighbor found her unconscious. a physician treated her for two hours before she regained consciousness.
