A special stockholders meeting in Newton Iowa on May 18 1962 approved Article III of the Articles of Incorporation changing the capital stock to one hundred thousand dollars with ten hundred shares at one hundred dollars each and optional preferred stock of one hundred shares with eight percent guaranteed semiannual dividend and a senior lien on assets. The amendment includes notarization by Sherman T. Mears in Black Hawk County Iowa.
