Agricultural Society Meeting Minutes Jan One Thousand
Jas per County Agricultural Society held its regular January meeting at the Court House. Present: Parsons Griebe ling Miller Crawford Reese Davis Boyd Harleigh Schultz W. M. Boyd Hadley Scott. President chaired. Finance Committee and Treasurer reports filed listing cash receipts and expenditures including gate tickets amphitheatre sales and stalls with amounts shown in the record.
Finance committee reports on society debt and premiums
We report that notes due to J B Kerr and debt on the amphitheater are paid in full. Seventy five dollars of bonded indebtedness has been paid and interest through January 1 is covered. Remaining bonded debt is 822,375 with unpaid payroll premiums of 8.35. Committee recommends treasurer’s report be spread on records.
