One of the prettiest home weddings in our city took place at Mr and Mrs David W Allens home on New Year’s Eve as Ada Rairdon wed Harry Ritter. The event featured a floral parlor, wedding bells, Rev E C Brooks, and a grand reception, followed by a move to Grinnell for their new life. The night also included a K P social at Castle Hall with lavish costumes and music by Ainsworth’s orchestra, attended by many visitors from Des Moines Iowa City Rochester Cleveland Burlington St Louis and more.
