City to maintain Waterford streets
Waterford homeowners announce Frederick city will take over maintenance of all five streets, with public water and sewer, storm drains, curbs, gutters, and a 19 acre parkland to be city managed. Association to handle sidewalks and 15 streetlights deviating from city standards, while seven compliant lights are city funded.
