Accident crew prompts charges after multi-injury crash
Steven Craig Chrisman 20 of Jefferson is in critical condition after a wreck that followed a fatal Monday accident in which his wife Pam Chrisman died. Frank Gabriel Murtaugh Jr. 18, the truck driver, was charged with negligent driving DUI and marijuana possession. Police also jailed Janice Franklin and William Harris in separate incidents, with multiple minor traffic summonses issued. The incident list continues on Page A-5.
