Machines used by doctors and dentists must be registered with the state and strict safety standards apply to manufacture and use. X ray shoes are banned under the proposed rules. The board also delayed action on regulations for water and sewer systems and referred a contamination rule to advisory council on environmental health for study. A separate item notes birth of the Fischer quintuplets in Aberdeen and discusses historical sextuplet cases and health statistics research.
