Charges Dropped in Four Murders Over DNA Link Failure

Prince George's County Prosecutor Jack Johnson dropped four counts of first degree murder against Patrick Roberts after DNA tests came back negative. Roberts was linked to the killings of Michelle Boyd 21 and her children Deandre 3 Jermell 2 and Latoya Gibson 15 in Capitol Heights. Wheaton Woman Killed in Georgia Avenue Crash

Ruth Kern Wieben, 69, of Wheaton, died after entering Hathaway Drive at a red light and colliding with southbound traffic on Georgia Avenue. Jeffrey Mark Reines, 49, of Silver Spring, attempted to avoid the crash and was treated at the scene. Wieben was taken to Suburban Hospital in Bethesda and pronounced dead.

Gaithersburg Girl Missing After Sunday Mall Visit

Saisha Lauree Rhone, 13, of Wild Ginger Way Gaithersburg, was last seen at Rio Mall on Washingtonian Boulevard Sunday around 8 p.m. with four teens. She is described as 5'5" tall, 170 pounds, brown eyes, shoulder-length black hair, wearing black shorts white shirt a black jean jacket and black Fila shoes. Brothers linked to wide Frederick County burglaries

Two brothers from Germantown were arrested in Silver Spring on theft and drug charges and are tied to numerous burglaries in Frederick County areas including Monrovia Mount Airy and Green Valley. Investigators say stolen property from West Virginia was recovered. Residents warned of a white van used in daytime burglaries in Sugarloaf Estates.
