Boy Drowned Near Woodbine in Patapsco River Incident
Three year old Charles Lester Barth son of Mr and Mrs John Henry Barth Jr of near Woodbine drowned Wednesday afternoon in three and a half feet of water in the South branch of the Patapsco river. Dr J Stanley Grabill of Mount Airy pronounced the child dead and Magistrate F E Smith of Lisbon ruled the death accidental and an inquest unnecessary.
