Buffalo September 24 Leon F Czolgoss went on trial for the murder of President William McKinley. He pleaded guilty then not guilty as jurors were quickly seated. The court heard that the defendant premeditated the shooting at the Temple of Music and seven physicians and witnesses described the fatal wound and autopsy findings.
