Frederick Gas seeks 5.67 percent rate rise

Frederick Gas Co filed with Maryland Public Service Commission asking a 5.67 percent rate increase that would raise residential bills by 418 dollars per month and deliver 17.6 million dollars in extra revenue. A hearing is set for Monday September 25 at 7 30 pm at Winchester Hall Frederick to consider the request with a December 1 effective date if approved.

PSC approves 4.2 percent rate hike for Potomac Edison

Maryland Public Service Commission approves a 4.2 percent rise for Potomac Edison, adding about 471 dollars to the average residential bill.
