New Frederick County Developmental Center gets renamed
Frederick County Commissioners approve changing the name from Rock Creek Developmental Center to Frederick County Developmental Center to reduce confusion with Rock Creek School. Dr. Robert Forder explains the rename aligns with Health Services Division. The center offers audiology, dental, nursing, speech, and other allied services for ages birth to 21, with fee-based but affordable options.
