The reconditioned fountain at Culler Lake will begin operating tonight with new color lights on three shore-mounted poles. City engineer Robert J. Rothenhoefer doubts the twelve 150 watt spotlights will fully illuminate the fountain and notes the shore lighting cost under $100 versus over $600 to place lights on the fountain. He says the pump was rebuilt but the bill is not yet received.
