Clabaugh, 23, Thurmont, turned left onto West Patrick Street from Market Street and failed to yield to the pedestrian. Hutchison was treated and released for abrasions at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Thurmont Man Killed In Crash
A Thurmont area man, Glenn River Ours, 41, was killed instantly when his 1959 sedan collided head on with a tractor trailer on US 15 near Sundays Lane three miles north of Frederick during light rain. Oliver G. Davis Jr., 36, of Saxe Virginia, drove the tractor trailer and was not harmed. Ours died of cuts and multiple internal injuries after more than half an hour of extrication. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. Bernard C. Thomas Sr., county medical examiner.
