Frederick Trust equity suit seeks court supervision of asset distribution
A bill in equity filed by Stephen A. Thomas John W. Thomas and Eugene A. Wachter on behalf of themselves and other Frederick Trust Company stockholders asks the court to supervise asset distribution, require an accounting by the liquidating committee and Trust Company, and disclose sources of funds and asset totals. The suit alleges stock notes of $1,812.50 were issued to acquire shares and that distributions may deduct these notes from plaintiffs’ shares. The plaintiffs seek a court order detailing total assets, their sources, and pending dispositions before any division. I saw it in The News.
